What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are used to process PDFs and images on Tablc. Each AI operation consumes a certain number of credits. Free users get 10 credits monthly, Starter subscribers get 1,000 credits, and Premium subscribers get 6,000 credits that refresh each billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your Starter or Premium subscription at any time. No questions asked, no penalties. Your plan will remain active until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Do unused credits roll over?
No, unused credits do not roll over. Free credits (10/month) reset on the 1st day of each month. Starter (1,000/month) and Premium (6,000/month) subscription credits reset on the 1st day of your billing cycle.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade to Starter or Premium at any time. You can also downgrade or cancel your subscription. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the charges accordingly.
What file types are supported?
We support all major image formats (PNG, JPG, JPEG, WebP) and PDF documents. Both Free and Starter users have access to process these file types.
